The wines are made from grapes grown on the deep weathered granite soils on the south facing vineyards of Overgaauw, cooled by the afternoon sea breezes from False Bay. Meticulous viticultural practices and the dedicated Van Velden winemaking legacy that David has passionately embraced, ensures that these fruity accessible and drinkable wines still carry the classic Overgaauw signature.
